Nice and decent place to stay when in Darjeeling. Rooms are chic and crisp. A bit of routine maintenance is required though. Good food options and now they have the Bar too. Highly recommended for someone looking to stay close to the Mall.

It's a fantastic hotel very close to the mall. The location is next to Andrews Church. The premium rooms still look new. Comfortable bed, jet speed shower with hot water 24 hours, modern fittings, luxurious interior. The only downfall is that the rooms do not have AC or ceiling fans, but the hotel will arrange a stand fan. I got a deal through an online app at Rs 2.5K per night.I additionally received complimentary early check-in and late check-out. Prompt and courteous service. I didn't eat here, so I cannot speak about its food, but the restaurant decor and lounge section area are very upmarket.

Really loved our stay at orsino resort. Their rooms are great, specious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was top notch. Location also great, 5 mins walk from Mall road chowrashtha. Only thing they can improve is their service, their behaviour is very nice and helpful but services need to be prompt. Would love stay again if I ever ever visit Darjeeling!

Very nice hotel at a great location (5 mins walking distance from mall road), spacious rooms especially the executive suite having a wonderful view, delicious food inc buffet breakfast, decent space for car parking too, and last but not the least, always smiling and helpful support staff. Definitely recommended!!
